LAUREN COLSTON, RDN
Since I was a little girl, one of my favorite places to be is the kitchen. I was always experimenting with foods and fun, new recipes and learning to use cool kitchen gadgets. As I grew up I realized the importance of food in overall health and how it affects our daily lives. I believe in the power of food as fuel for our bodies and learning to find what works best for you.
I am a Registered Dietitian and have had a passion for fitness for as long as I can remember. My goal is to help you find a diet that works for you – no fads here! All foods can be part of a healthy diet, and I will show you how to do that along with small changes you can make everyday to improve your health.
