Natalie has been teach Tread & Shred since October 2018 at BODYFIT. She is all about balance and you’ll see just that in her classes – a mix of endurance and sprints training. Don’t be mistaken, you don’t have to be a runner for her class. She will encourage and motivate you to the very end with her Beyonce tunes and high-energy vibes she brings.
