This is fast-paced, intense fitness kickboxing with a focus on cardio, core and body weight resistance. Punch out the stress of the day while getting a full body workout. CAUTION: pummeling a 6-ft heavy bag may leave you feeling like a bad ass.
This full-body, BOOTCAMP style class utilizes all types of fitness equipment to keep you on your toes. You’ll rotate through HIIT style circuit stations to push you to the limit and to guarantee that you keep the BURN going long after the workout is over.
Mix PUNCH with kettlebells and get ready to combat some serious calories. Spend part of the time doing heart pumping kickboxing combos and the other part with kettlebells for resistance training. This will leave you feeling like a warrior (and looking good like one too!)
Just like the name says. This class is a mash-up of all of our classes. Be prepared to SHRED, PUNCH out the stress of the week, or get a sweet BURN that will combat the calories for the week or weekend ahead! On Fridays after the class, hangout, have a drink and meet some new people! Our favorite class of the week!
Asanas are sequenced at a slower pace with greater attention to alignment; a restorative practice recommended for improving strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Slow Flow is a yoga practice designed for yogis at every level to compliment the variety of Bodyfit classes. Classes conducted the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month.
