We don’t have a beginner class but each class is designed for all fitness levels. Our instructors always provide modifications and you’re encouraged to take the class at your own pace. Oh…we’ll push you but we don’t want to kill you! Promise! We want you to come back!

No! That’s what we’re here for. We set the pace for all of our classes as high as we can so that everyone gets a great workout. Go at your pace. It’s your workout! If you’re just starting out, rest when you need to. No judgement here! You got this!

No problem! Show up 15 minutes early and we’ll hook you up with gloves and wraps and teach you the basics of our kickboxing classes!

No. Not if you don’t want to. With the variety of our classes, you’ve got plenty of options. Of course, our TREAD & SHRED class includes treadmill work. But you don’t have to run. You’re more than welcome to power walk or “light jog” any of the treadmill sections of class.

The number of calories burned depends on each person’s body composition and pace during the classes. You can burn anywhere from 400-1,200 calories in just 1 class!

We currently do not have “open gym” hours. However, if you are willing to pay us A LOT of money, you are more than welcome to workout whenever you would like. HA! If you don’t want to pay a lot of money, you’re more than welcome to come in before or after classes to use the facility…if you have a current membership.
