Yes, our classes are fast-paced and intense. We design them that way for a reason…YOU! We all have these “perceived” limitations that hold us back from accomplishing our goals or seeing our true potential. We’re here to help you break through those limitations and realize that you’re stronger than you think. You’re a BADASS! That’s why we keep the pace and intensity as high as we can for all of our classes. You go at your pace! Take a break if you need to. No big deal. No one is watching you or judging you. Because we’ve all been there. We all started somewhere. Plus, there’s no time to pay attention to anyone else. We’ve got our own workout to worry about. Your instructor is going to push you. That’s their job. They’re here because they believe in you. They know you are capable of more. We crank our music loud and keep the energy high for the entire class. Each class is different so you will not get bored. Get ready to burn some serious calories.
